Replace self-hosted Penpot MCP references with the official Figma Remote MCP server (OAuth, HTTP transport). Swap placeholder semantic colours in tokens.css for the NSW Design System brand palette extracted from Figma (blues, reds, oranges, greens, greys) and add typography size tokens.
